Hello friends and family!
God is so good and his timing is perfect… beyond perfect. We are still blown away that we are back in Winston-Salem, in a fully furnished missions home. We sold all of our furniture in Shelby before moving, which was a big step of faith. We moved to Winston, knowing this would be a temporary home until our big move to Honduras. We are still in awe of God’s timing with our little one in my womb. God’s timing and provisions are perfect.
Our Sunday School Class from Zoar Baptist in Shelby gave us a going away party for our big move. We love and miss all of them!
We enjoyed speaking at West Point Baptist Church this past Sunday evening. Here we are with our friends, Brian and April Crowder who attend this church.
The mission home we are currently living in. What a blessing it is to stay here. We are so grateful for Faith Church allowing us to live here.
We are settled in our mission home at the moment and praying for the Lord’s timing for our big move to Honduras. David is leaving for Honduras next week and will try to get the dates set for language school for January 2016, Lord willing. Would you pray with us? We don’t have all the answers at the moment, but God continues to amaze us with how our support is coming in. He’s really doing this and we are able to see his provisions along the way! What a journey we are on. We praise the Lord for calling us and choosing to use us as his vessels.
Currently, we are at 56.4% of our financial support and it continues to climb, plus we are receiving significant donations towards our outgoing expense fund for moving to Honduras. We are so humbled and blessed by the Lord’s provisions. We are so thankful for all the opportunities we have had sharing with pastors, church congregations, small groups, and individuals over the past 4 months of our support raising.

We are thankful for all the opportunities the Lord has provided in sharing our heart and passion for Honduras!
Praises:
~ We praise the Lord for a healthy pregnancy so far. We were able to hear the baby’s heartbeat last Thursday and what a sweet sound to our ears that was! Hannah will be 14 weeks pregnant this coming Monday and will have completed her 1st trimester of pregnancy.
~ We praise the Lord for continued provision in support raising.
~ We praise the Lord for good health and safety as we travel the American highway each week.
Prayer Request:
~ Pray for David as he travels to Honduras October 14th-24th to help with various projects and do research in the city we will be living in for language school. David will be visiting the hospitals in the city to do research for baby births. Pray for wisdom as that is a big decision.
~ Pray for wisdom as we pray about a departure date and for the Lord to finish bringing all of our support in. We know he is able!
